Private Jet Charter
Hendrix Concierge is an all inclusive concierge service, meaning we also provide executive style ground transportation for all our clients. As soon as you land we will have a transportation vehicle ready to take you to whatever destination you please. Additionally we arrange transportation from commercial airports and even from the private airport to the commercial airport.
Here at Hendrix Concierge we understand that your pets are a part of the family. That is why all pets are welcome to fly on our flights for no additional charge. All you have to do is notify your representative before your flight and we will handle the rest from there.
We understand that things change and many of our clients are relying on an efficient way to travel. If you have a change of plans last minute, our team will immediately begin arranging a solution for your travel needs. We do our best to provide the quickest replacement as soon as we possibly can.
The great advantage of flying with Hendrix Concierge is that we are a one stop shop for all of your travel needs. We provide catering arrangements, personalized for any preferences or food allergies. Our flights are also stocked with complimentary waters, soft drinks, snacks, and more but we can provide additional refreshments as per request.
Our dedicated team works hard to make sure that we can accomodate any flight requests even in the highest peak seasons. Here at Hendrix Concierge we need as little as 24 hour notice and we can have you on your flight the next day. We encourage our clients to book 2-3 months in advance to ensure the most competitive rates and availability, but we can always fulfill any last minute travel requests.
We take pride in providing a seamless personalized experience while you fly with us. We have multiple professionals on standy by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions you might have. If you have any specific requests that you would like to arrange for your travel all you have to do is call our client services team and we will make sure we coordinate appropriately.

Luxury boat rentals are usually done on a weekly basis or hourly basis. A yacht broker with Hendrix Concierge can help you find a luxury boat charter within your price range to make sure you have the vacation of your dreams.
Pricing on a luxury yacht charter can vary. On average, a four-six hour private yacht charter starts around $10,000 for a 65’-120’ yacht (depending on time of year). A week-long vacation on a superyacht could cost up to $80,000-150,000 or more.
The price to rent a mega yacht depends on the yacht as well as the yacht owner, but they are usually $150,000 or more per week. Depending on the agreement you sign when you charter a mega yacht, you may also have to pay for food, fuel, and beverages.

Executive and Luxurious Vehicle
We understand that plans change, so we've made it as simple as possible for you to cancel if necessary. You can just get in contact with our client services team via email or phone call and we will get your reservation canceled at no additional cost.
Making a reservation change is straightforward, all you need to do is give our client services team a call. As long as you give us an hour's notice we will work to accommodate any changes you might have.
Private rides may be able to accommodate an additional stop on the way to your destination if you request with enough time for the local provider to organize ahead of time. Before you finalize your booking, make sure you note that you will need to make a stop along the way in the Special Instructions area
All services are confirmed with the client service team. Typically, visitors will receive their chauffeur information 12 hours before their reservation begins. Upon request, corporate clients will receive an email containing all chauffeur names and mobile phone numbers after 4pm the day before the service date.

As we continue to complete hundreds of flights a day, we do it while taking every precaution possible. Our approach includes the following measures:
- Travel restrictions based on guidance from the U.S. Department of State, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and World Health Organization (WHO)
- A multi-tiered aircraft cleaning and disinfecting program
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen our cost for cleaning per aircraft increase dramatically. We mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by multi-tiered cleaning and disinfecting routine.
All aircraft interiors are treated with an antimicrobial barrier that bonds to surfaces, providing lasting protection from various bacteria, germs, and viruses like the coronavirus. Its durability comes from the molecular bond it forms with surfaces once cured.
To prevent viral spread and ensure passengers board a pristine, mission-ready aircraft, surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each flight with a product that is EPA-approved and effective at killing the COVID-19 virus.

Many travelers have a common misconception about the air on the aircraft—they often think it is not refreshed, but rather recirculated. All of our aircraft replace cabin air with fresh outside air every two to four minutes, depending on the fleet. For comparison, most office buildings only do this every 15 to 20 minutes.

100% of our Crewmembers have been tested for COVID-19. As needed, we continue to offer PCR tests, the gold standard in COVID-19 testing, as well as rapid antigen tests, to our Crewmembers. In addition, we proactively test anyone who travels to high-risk locations, has been exposed to COVID-19, or becomes symptomatic.
